We offer a range of services for both residential and commercial properties.  Whether you're looking for a minor repair, total renovation, new roof or windows, or an addition to your current home or building, we can help you get your project complete.  Each project can be customized to meet your needs. Our team works directly with you to come to the best solution for your home, business, or commercial needs.

Don't live on the shore but own property here?  Not a problem!  We work with many clients that live out of the state and own property in the area.  Meetings can be conducted over Skype and contracts can be sent through the mail or via email.  "Before and After" photos are also available to all out of town clients.

After you have made the choice to contact us for an estimate or advice for your upcoming project, we will set up a time to meet with you (if possible) and go over your ideas, and any questions or concerns that you might have.  We then contact you with an estimate of the project costs and present you with a proposal/contract for the work to be completed.  After the contract has been signed, materials are ordered and your project gets added to our schedule.  Shortly after, the work begins!  Throughout the duration of the project we encourage clients to contact us with any questions, comments, or concerns that they might have.
